|IMPORTANT DELIVERY IMFORMATION|
Here at PMF Products we take our relationship with the customer very seriously. Once you place your order you should receive an order acknowledgment (via email) confirming that we have received and are processing your order. If there is a problem with your order, for example an item is out of stock, we will contact you to keep you informed and ask how you would like to proceed.
|WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?|
Stock items sold via this website are dispatched on either a next day delivery service or a three day service depending on the size and weight of the product. The exception to this rule is the delivery of goalposts. These items are large and cumbersome to deliver so we will do our best to deliver goalposts within a 2-3 week service. We will of course keep you updated on delivery leadtimes.
Out of Stock Items
There are occasions, particularly during the summer months, when products can be out of stock. On these occasions we will always contact you as soon as is practicable to keep you informed and ask you how you would like to proceed with your order.
|HOW WILL YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?|
Due to the size and nature of the products that we supply, we use a number of couriers to make deliveries. For large items (most of our products range) we will use a combination of Tuffnels and DX Freight.
Before dispatching your order we will always contact you or your customer to confirm the delivery and make sure it is convinient.

It's simple - just get in touch. We do understand the importance of getting an order delivered on time so our staff will always give an honest answer when it comes to leadtimes.
